BEFORE THE FAME

LUCKY. It’s the word that has always followed my name, simply because my father is an veteran actor and my mother is a well-known model and actress. People often see power and wealth as the standards for getting through life. Well, maybe they’re right. But my standards have never been measured by those things.

My father is a firm man, perhaps a little too strict at times. My mother, on the other hand, balances him with all the love she has to give. I grew up under my parents’ watchful eyes, where everything was measured, calculated, and monitored like a bird in a cage.

If you’re wondering why my life has always been arranged so carefully, there is a reason.

I nearly lost my life at 10, when I took my first step into the entertainment industry.

HOT NEWS: ANTONIUS FLYNN’s SON RUSHED TO HOSPITAL, SUSPECTED FOOD POISONING AT FILMING LOCATION | Notion

It took less than half an hour for the article to disappear from the internet. Still, some people remembered me as the lucky one who had managed to survive an attempted murder carried out by one of my father’s obsessive fans.

It was after that incident that I began to understand the world my parents belonged to. Praise never comes alone, while criticism and hatred are bound to follow, again and again. Having millions of people who adore you is much like carrying the possibility of the worst happening for the rest of your life. You can never predict what they might do, yet somehow, you are expected to live up to at least some of the expectations they place upon you.

By the time I entered my teenage years, I had already made up my mind. I was determined to follow my parents’ footsteps. Becoming an athlete was perhaps one of the few things I could have been proud of someday, but nothing could compare to the thrill of seeing your own name roll across the credits of a film as the lead.

So, once again, I gambled with my luck.

Even if my life ended up being the price I had to pay someday, I didn’t care.

Because in the end.. wasn’t luck always on my side?

BEHIND THE FRAME

In his daily life, Abraham is not much different from the person people see on camera. He is calm, speaks only when necessary, and prefers to observe his surroundings. Perhaps that is why his fans call him The Executor. His quiet way of making decisions has become one of his most charming traits, making him popular among female fans from teenagers to adults.

Within his family, Abraham is not much of a talker either. Still, he knows how to behave around adults and has always been good at winning people over. Aside from his parents, he is closest to his grandfather. He learned to play chess from him, as Abraham would visit his grandfather almost every weekend to play.

Before the poisoning incident, Abraham was free to make friends and play with whoever he wanted. Among them, only one little girl stayed by his side until now. Annora, a little girl next door who’s three years younger than him. Growing up with her brought out sides of Abraham he never knew he had before: a softer side and a playful habit of teasing her.
